Color has been completely taken out of our kitchens with the exception of hints of gray. Designs are minimal and bare. Kitchen islands are transitioning areas into open concepts. As they become more traditional-modern, featuring high tech appliances and hidden refrigerators. A bolder color must balance the space while keeping it sleek and simple. Purple has been out of the picture for quite some time making it the perfect color to bring back and onto cabinets. I recommend a grayish purple would be a great alternative to any other shade of gray.
