Remote Consultations are done over phone using pictures sent by agent or homeowner to remotely layout the home and discuss budget. Payment for remote consultations due at the end of the call by venmo or zelle. $10 Cancellation fee applies if cancelled less than 3 days prior to appointment date.
Cancellation Policy
$25 Cancellation fee applies to cancellations less than 3 prior to consultation date.
